Meet the Essential
Long time no hear! It's been quite in the past few weeks but make not mistake we've been cooking!
Today we are announcing the Essential fork. The Essential fork is an allrounder Enduro fork with 150-180mm of travel. The main feature in comparison to the rest of the line-up is the attractive price point of 1449€ (incl. 19% VAT). The idea is to enable more people to have the Intend experience by having an entry level fork in the line-up. The main difference to the top tier forks are the internals. The Essential fork utilizes a simpler air spring and damping cartridge. Both are upgradable, so if you at some point think you need the latest air Intend air spring & damping technology — that's possible.
Air spring travel is still adjustable in 10mm steps with clips inside the air spring.
The air spring comes with 3 volume token positions.
The damper has High Speed and Low speed rebound/compression damping, latter is adjustable from the outside.
The chassis is full on CNC glory in typical Intend fashion. The BTC crown has a grey cerakote finish.
